How a project
actually works.

Requests and quotes

Submitting a contact form or a quote built with Build my quote is a request for a quote, not a purchase or a subscription. Prices shown on this site are regular studio prices. The final scope, price, timeline, and any applicable tax or outside costs are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.

Outside costs

Costs such as domain registration beyond an included renewal, payment-processing fees, third-party app or platform subscriptions, stock licensing, and similar items are not included in our fees and are confirmed separately as part of your written scope.

Starting work

No paid work begins, and no payment or subscription is taken, until you’ve agreed to a written scope and received an invoice. Ongoing monthly services (care plans, social media, blogging, and similar) begin on the schedule set out in that written agreement.

Revisions and approvals

Each package or service describes what’s included, such as a number of collaborative revisions through launch. Work proceeds in stages with your review and approval at each step before moving forward.

Ownership and rights

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as your website content and any custom artwork made for your project), except for third-party assets (such as licensed fonts, stock imagery, or platform software) which remain subject to their own licenses.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as our services evolve. The terms in effect at the time you sign a written scope apply to that project. This page is a plain-language summary and may be followed by a more formal written agreement for larger projects.
