How we handle
your information.

What we collect

When you submit our contact or quote-request forms, we collect what you choose to provide: your name, email address, and optionally your website address, artistic practice, and message, along with the selection of services (if any) you built using Build my quote. We do not collect payment card information through this site.

How forms are processed

This site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify’s form-handling and serverless-function infrastructure before reaching us by email. We cannot guarantee delivery of any individual message; if you don’t hear back, please try the email address below.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tracking on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a written scope and quote, and, if you choose to proceed, deliver the agreed work. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Retention

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as it’s needed to respond to your request or deliver agreed work. If you’d like your information deleted, contact us and we’ll remove what we no longer need to keep.
